Customer Service Apprenticeships - Overview

We offer Apprenticeships at levels 2 or 3 and they can be tailored to meet both individual and business requirements.

Apprenticeships are designed and approved by the Council for Administration Sector Skills Council and awarded by City and Guilds.

Customer Service Apprenticeships - Funding

Funding is available to those who meet certain eligibility for Apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships require a number of qualifications to be completed to complete their framework.

NVQs and other qualifications can be purchased directly by a learner or an employer when Apprenticeship funding is not available. Please call us to discuss these options.
