Welcome to our products available within the Customer Service industry. Motivate your staff and improve customer satisfaction through a Customer Service apprenticeship or NVQ. We offer qualifications at levels 2 and 3 that can be tailored to meet both individual and business requirements.
Qualifications are designed and approved by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) Sector Skills Council and awarded by City and Guilds.
Our listings are displayed as Apprenticeships which require a number of qualifications to be completed to make up a framework. The NVQ element is also individually fundable under Train to Gain or can be paid for directly by the learner or employer. Please call us to discuss these options.
