- Support the Development of the Sport or Activity

- Contribute to Participants’ Exploration and Understanding of the Natural Environment

The Key Skills required for this framework are:

technical certificate - level 2 certificate in working in the outdoors
The Technical Certificate consists of the following elements
- Introduction to Employment Rights and Responsibilities in the Outdoor Industry
- Industry and Organisational Awareness in the Outdoors
- Plan, Deliver, Review and Evaluate Outdoor Activity Sessions
Note: For learners not working in the outdoors, learners will follow the technical certificate relevant to the Operational Services Apprenticeship
